Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 3/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- eggs, beaten well - 6 item
- herb bread stuffing mix - 2 c
- frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well - 2 pkg
- each: pepper, parsley, garlic powder - 1 tsp
How to make spinach balls:
Mix all ingredients together; let set in refrigerator for 2 hours. Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet in freezer. When ready to serve, bake for 20 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
