Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- eggs, well beaten - 6 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- garlic salt
- large onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 3 c
How to make spinach balls:
Cook spinach and drain. Squeeze to remove excess moisture. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into 3/4-inch balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
