  • potatoes, peeled and cubed - 4 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • tomato sauce - 3 cans
  • water - 4 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • pepper
  • hot pepper sauce - 1 tsp

How to make spicy potato soup:

In kettle, brown beef. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
