Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 4 c
- pepper
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- hot pepper sauce - 1/2 1
- each cans tomato sauce - 3 oz
- cubed, peeled potatoes 1/2 pieces - 4 c
How to make spicy potato soup:
In large Dutch oven, brown ground beef. Drain. Add potatoes, onion and tomato sauce. Stir in water, salt, pepper and hot pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and soup has thickened.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Soups & stews, Main dish.
