Spicy potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- water - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
- box au gratin potatoes - 1 1/4
- can diced tomato and green chilies Ro-Tel - 1 oz
- cubed process American cheese - 2 c
How to make spicy potato soup:
In a large pot, combine au gratin potatoes, corn, Ro-Tel and water. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 18 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
