Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pecans - 1 lb
- egg white - 1 item
How to make spiced pecans:
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and mix well. Combine other ingredients in bowl. Add nuts and stir, coating well. Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225° for 45 minutes. Stir often.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
