Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 white,
- whole pecans - 1 lb
- sugar, mixed with 1 tsp - 1 c
How to make spiced pecans:
Coat pecans with egg white mixture; sprinkle sugar mixture over nuts and toss, being sure to coat each nut. Bake at 250° for 1 hour.Placed in a pretty container, this also makes a nice hostess gift at Christmastime.
