  • milk - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 3 4
  • soft bread crumbs
  • onion salt - 1 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • oregano - 3/4 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp

How to make italian meatballs:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2: Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 20).

Step 3: Arrange in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish and heat 10 to 12 minutes, draining liquid and re-arranging meatballs once.
