Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3 4
- soft bread crumbs
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 3/4 tsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
How to make italian meatballs:
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.Step 2: Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 20).
Step 3: Arrange in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish and heat 10 to 12 minutes, draining liquid and re-arranging meatballs once.
