- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pecans - 1 lb
- egg white - 1 item
How to make spiced pecans:
Whip until foamy the egg white and water. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add 1 pound pecans to whipped egg whites and thoroughly coat. Add sugar, cinnamon and salt. Totally coat pecans. Put in well greased cookie sheet or shallow pan and bake 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
