Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- hamburger - 2 lb
- bay leaves - 2 item
- thyme - 1 tsp
- chopped green peppers - 1/2 c
- small cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- small can mushroom pieces - 1 item
- large cans tomato paste - 2 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Cook onions and pepper in oil until limp. Brown meat and drain. Add onions, pepper and remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Remove bay leaves. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
