Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onions - 1 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
  • Italian sausage - 1 lb
  • sliced celery - 2 c
  • cans tomatoes - 2 oz
  • chopped green peppers - 2 item
  • cubed zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini soup:

Remove casings from sausage; crumble and brown. Drain off most of fat. Add celery, zucchini, onions, green peppers and tomatoes. Add remaining spices. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
