Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic - 1 item
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- tomato paste - 12 oz
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- cooked pasta - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- tomatoes, cut up
- olive or salad oil - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chunked - 1 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
In large saucepot, mix together oil, tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings. Let simmer. In skillet, brown hamburger, onions, garlic, green pepper and mushrooms. Drain hamburger after browning and add to sauce and continue to simmer. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
