Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 3 oz
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- oregano to taste - 1 item
- wine - 2 tsp
- to 2 bay leaves - 1 item
- garlic to taste - 1 item
- crushed red pepper to taste - 1 item
- oil vegetable or olive - 2 tsp
- basil to taste - 1 item
- to 2 cans whole tomatoes - 1 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Mix ingredients in stock pot over low to medium heat. Start with tomato products, mixing well, then add spices to taste; mix well. Then add other ingredients.
