Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • salt - 3 Tbsp
  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • oregano - 4 Tbsp
  • parsley - 1/2 c
  • cans tomato paste - 2 oz
  • medium onions - 4 item
  • small garlic cloves - 3 item
  • peeled, cut tomatoes - 4 qt

How to make spaghetti sauce:

Saute onions and garlic in oil. Mix everything together; simmer for 2 hours. Boil jars and lids. Use one pound meat to 1 pint sauce.
