Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 Tbsp
- red pepper sauce - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- can tomato paste - 13 oz
- garlic clove - 1 item
- bell pepper, diced - 1/2 item
- chili peppers - 1 Tbsp
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender. Add ground beef. Cook until meat loses pink color. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce, chili pepper and garlic. Mix well. Simmer over low heat 3 to 4 hours. Thin with tomato juice, if needed.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
