Spaghetti pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 item
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- fresh parsley - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- spaghetti - 1/2 lb
- slices hard salami - 8 item
How to make spaghetti pie:
Boil spaghetti in salt water until done. Drain. Mix in bowl the eggs, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and margarine. Mix it in drained spaghetti.Heat oil in large frying pan on medium heat. Put one layer of spaghetti. Place salami on top. Put remainder of spaghetti on top of salami. Fry until golden brown. Turn upside-down and cook other side. Cool and cut in slices to eat.
