Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- water - 2 c
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- ground beef
- oregano
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- large chopped onion - 1 item
- cans tomatoes, chopped - 2 lb
- Meatballs:4 slices bread, grated
How to make spaghetti and meatballs:
Meatballs:4 slices bread, grated1/2 c. water2 eggs1/4 c. Parmesan cheese2 Tbsp. parsley flakes1/4 tsp. oregano1 tsp. salt1 1/2 lb. ground beef Sauce: Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in next 7 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minute. Add cooked meatballs, cover and cook for 30 minutes.Meatballs: Mix all ingredients, except ground beef. Then add to ground beef. Form into balls and brown. Remove.
