Ingredients/Components
- sole fillet - 2 lb
- butter - 2 oz
- carrots, shredded - 1/3 c
- slices white bread - 8 item
- pimentos, minced - 1/2 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make stuffed sole:
Cut fillet into 6 pieces. Mix melted butter with remaining ingredients. Divide between fillets and roll up. Secure with toothpick. Put into baking dish. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Shrimp, Sole and flounder.
