Ingredients/Components
- ground venison - 2 c
- chopped bell pepper
- cans kidney beans - 2 item
- dash of garlic - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 c
- cans whole tomatoes - 2 item
- small cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make venison chili:
Cook meat in oil. Add onions and bell peppers. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Chili, Deer.
