Ingredients/Components
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- Swiss cheese, sliced - 1/2 lb
- sauerkraut, drained - 1 can
- corned beef - 1 pkg
- loaf rye bread - 1 item
- sliced turkey - 1/2 lb
How to make reuben sandwich:
Marinate sauerkraut and mayonnaise 30 minutes. Arrange pieces of turkey, Swiss cheese and corned beef on 6 buttered slices of rye bread. Spread 1/3 marinated sauerkraut on each slice of bread. Top with bread slice; cut into halves. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Sandwich.
