Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- flour
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
How to make sour cream waffles:
Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg yolks and add egg yolks and sour cream to dry mixture. Beat egg whites in cold metal bowl until peaks form. Fold melted butter into batter. Now fold egg whites in.
