Baked mustard chicken
Ingredients/Components
- nonfat milk - 1/2 c
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- tarragon optional - 1 tsp
- chicken breast halves, skin removed - 4 item
How to make baked mustard chicken:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix milk and mustard in small bowl. In separate bowl, combine bread crumbs and spices. Coat chicken pieces with milk mixture, then roll chicken in bread crumbs. Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan. Do not overlap pieces. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until done. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Chicken, Main dish.
