  • sour cream - 1 c
  • Blue cheese - 1/4 c
  • onion juice only - 1 item
  • parsley, dried - 1/8 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make sour cream dressing:

Remove water from sour cream by letting it stand awhile. Add Blue cheese to sour cream and mash until cheese is dissolved. Add juice of 1 onion. Add parsley and salt. Store in refrigerator in covered jar. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
