Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • tomato catsup - 1/2 c
  • tarragon vinegar - 2 Tbsp

How to make delicious salad dressing:

Mix oil, salt, sugar and vinegar together, then beat in catsup and finally, add sour cream, beating it in gradually. This is a delicious dressing for fish, vegetables, tomato or hearts of lettuce salad, and is equally good used as a sauce for shrimp. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
