- cream cheese - 10 oz
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- cherry tomatoes - 1 item
- chutney - 7 oz
- curry - 1 tsp
How to make stuffed cherry tomatoes:
In a food processor, mince garlic. Add chutney, curry and cream cheese and whirl until blended. Open tomatoes by slicing a cap at the top, leaving partially attached. Hollow out tomatoes. Using a pastry bag, fill each tomato with stuffing and replace cap. Stuffing also makes a great dip for other vegetables.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Refrigerator.
