- to 50 cherry tomatoes - 40 item

- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- each: parsley and chives - 1/2 tsp
- clam juice - 4 Tbsp
- can minced clams, drained - 1 item
- jar capers - 1 item
How to make stuffed cherry tomatoes:
Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes, thoroughly. Cut thin slices from top of each tomato. Remove pulp and turn upside-down to drain. Stuff tomatoes with cheese mixture. Garnish each top with a caper.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Refrigerator.
