Roquefort dressing



  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • Roquefort cheese - 2/3 c

How to make roquefort dressing:

Thoroughly mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Gradually stir in lemon juice. Add crumbled cheese; blend well. Stir in milk, adding more if needed to thin to desired consistency. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. (Blue cheese may be substituted for Roquefort.)
