Cucumber salad

Ingredients/Components

• vinegar - 2 Tbsp
• hot water - 1 c
• mayonnaise - 3/4 c
• cottage cheese - 1 c
• grated onion - 2 Tbsp
• lime Jell-O - 1 pkg
• chopped cucumbers, with skins - 1 c

How to make cucumber salad:

Mix Jell-O with hot water, vinegar and onion. Cool until thickens. Beat and add mayonnaise, cucumbers and cottage cheese. Pour into mold and congeal.
