- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. butter1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Combine flour, salt and baking powder; set aside. Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream; stir in flour mixture. Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
