Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:3/4 c. chopped nuts2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Blend butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla. Stir in dry stuff. Put half of batter in greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of topping. Cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle rest of topping. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.Recipe by Evon Rank.
