- sugar - 3 c
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- flour - 3 c
- eggs, separated - 6 item
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- butter do not substitute - 1 c
How to make sour cream cake:
Grease and flour a tube pan; set aside. Sift flour. Add baking soda and sift twice more; set aside. Cream butter. Add sugar gradually and cream together well until fluffy.
