Korean salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 3/4
- oil
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- Ramen noodles
- sunflower kernels - 1/2 c
- large red onion - 1 item
- small green onions - 5 item
- head nappa cabbage - 1 item
How to make korean salad:
Crunchies:2 pkg. Ramen noodles1/2 c. sunflower kernels1/2 c. slivered almonds1 stick butter Dressing:1 c. oil1/2 c. vinegar1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar2 Tbsp. soy sauce Melt butter in skillet. Crush Ramen noodles in package (discard seasoning). Add noodles, sunflower kernels and almonds to skillet. Stir until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside.Mix dressing in a shaker. Shake well and set aside.
Cut cabbage and onions. Toss in large bowl. Mix all ingredients together when ready to serve.
