- melted butter - 2 3
- Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium even potatoes - 4 item
- chopped fresh or dried herbs of your choice parsley, chives, etc - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes. Set potatoes in large spoon to cut into slices, but not all the way through. Potato should stay together. Put potatoes in baking dish. Spread open gently. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425° for 50 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheeses.
