Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 2 Tbsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mayo - 3 Tbsp
- Creole mustard - 1 Tbsp
- to 5 toes garlic, crushed - 4 item
How to make shrimp remoulade:
In medium bowl, add all ingredients up to the oil. Blend in the oil slowly with hand mixer until thoroughly blended. Then add the pressed garlic. Blend. Chill. Gets better overnight. Serve over boiled, peeled shrimp.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Shrimp.
