  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • cold water - 1/4 c
  • envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can tomato soup - 1 item

How to make shrimp mold:

Pour gelatin into cold water; set aside. Chop the green pepper, onion and celery. Put undiluted tomato soup into a pan. Add the cream cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is blended into the soup. Set aside and cool. Cut up shrimp and oil mold. Add gelatin to soup; mix together. Add all other ingredients. Mix well; add to mold. Refrigerate until molded and ready to use.
