Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 2 oz
- cold water - 1/4 c
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
How to make shrimp mold:
Pour gelatin into cold water; set aside. Chop the green pepper, onion and celery. Put undiluted tomato soup into a pan. Add the cream cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is blended into the soup. Set aside and cool. Cut up shrimp and oil mold. Add gelatin to soup; mix together. Add all other ingredients.
