Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- each - 2 cans
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- red pepper to taste - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce to taste - 1 item
- packets Knox gelatine - 2 item
- finely chopped onions and green onions - 1 c
How to make shrimp mold:
Drain and mash shrimp with a fork. In a double boiler, cream tomato soup and cream cheese. In a large bowl, mix celery, onions, shrimp and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add soup mixture. Add 2 or 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce and red pepper to taste. Stir well. Pour into well-greased mold and chill for 3 to 4 hours (preferably overnight).
