Shrimp mousse
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- hot water - 1/3 c
- sliced green onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- finely chopped celery
- tiny shrimp - 1 c
How to make shrimp mousse:
Add hot water to gelatin. Heat tomato soup. In a blender, add hot soup, gelatin, cream cheese, mayonnaise and basil. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and add celery, onion and shrimp. Gently mix. Fill 6 cup mold and chill until firm.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Shrimp.
