Shrimp mousse

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 oz
• envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
• hot water - 1/3 c
• sliced green onion - 1/2 c
• mayonnaise - 1 c
• basil - 1/4 tsp
• can tomato soup - 1 item
• finely chopped celery
• tiny shrimp - 1 c

How to make shrimp mousse:

Add hot water to gelatin. Heat tomato soup. In a blender, add hot soup, gelatin, cream cheese, mayonnaise and basil. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and add celery, onion and shrimp. Gently mix. Fill 6 cup mold and chill until firm.
