Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- raw rice
- onions - 1/2 c
- can onion soup - 1 item
- raw shrimp - 2 lb
How to make shrimp and rice:
Melt oleo. Add onions and bell peppers. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, onion soup and chicken soup. Heat until mixed well. Stir in raw rice and shrimp. Mix well. Cover with lid. Cook at 350° for 1 hour. Take out and stir and put back in oven for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Shellfish, Shrimp.
