Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- green onions, chopped - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- Dressing:1 c
- small jar diced pimentos - 1 item
- can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 item
- can Shoepeg corn, drained - 1 item
- sweet green pepper, chopped - 1 c
How to make shoepeg corn salad:
Put in a bowl and mix.Dressing:1 c. sugar1/2 c. oil1/2 c. vinegar Bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight or longer. Stir and serve.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Onions.
