  • oil - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • green onions, chopped - 1 c
  • celery, chopped - 1 c
  • Dressing:1 c
  • small jar diced pimentos - 1 item
  • can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 item
  • can Shoepeg corn, drained - 1 item
  • sweet green pepper, chopped - 1 c

How to make shoepeg corn salad:

Put in a bowl and mix.Dressing:1 c. sugar1/2 c. oil1/2 c. vinegar Bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight or longer. Stir and serve.
