Italian style zucchini

Ingredients/Components

• garlic salt - 3/4 tsp
• basil - 1 tsp
• tomatoes, chopped - 3 item
• onions, chopped - 1 item
• zucchini, sliced - 4 c
• thyme - 1/2 tsp
• bacon - 1/4 lb
• some carrot, grated - 1 item

How to make italian style zucchini:

Brown bacon. Remove from pan, drain off grease and set aside. (Leave small amount of grease in pan.) Put remaining ingredients into pan. Cover and stir often over medium heat. Takes about 1 hour. Add bacon last 15 minutes.
