Five minute cabbage



  • cups milk - 2 item
  • 1/2 quarts shredded cabbage - 1 item
  • cup cream - 1 item
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 3 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item

How to make five minute cabbage:

Heat the milk and cook the cabbage in it for 2 minutes. Add the cream, flour, butter, salt and pepper. Cook rapidly for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir constantly. The cabbage will retain its crispness and is delicate in flavor and color.
