- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- cans white Shoepeg corn - 2 item
How to make shoepeg corn casserole:
Saute first 4 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and stir well. Add sauteed mixture. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350° until bubbly. Top with a cracker crust, if desired.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
