Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can corn - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix together well and put into greased casserole. Melt 1/2 stick margarine. Add 1/2 box Ritz crackers (crushed) and put on top of vegetables. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
