  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • flour - 2/4 c
  • butter - 1/2 lb
  • pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • dry sherry - 3/4 c
  • chicken stock - 1/2 c
  • chopped mushrooms - 1/2 c
  • backfin crabmeat - 1 lb
  • boiled shrimp, diced - 1/4 lb
  • stock from boiled shrimp - 1/2 c
