Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 pt
- milk - 1 pt
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- chicken broth - 1 c
- finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
- dry sherry - 1/3 c
- finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
- crab meat - 1 lb
- finely chopped carrots - 1/2 c
- Old Bay seasoning - 1 Tbsp
How to make she-crab soup:
Combine butter and flour, cooking over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Saut?© celery, carrots and onions. Heat milk and chicken broth together. Add butter, flour, seasoning, vegetables and crab meat.
