Baked macaroni and cheese
Ingredients/Components

- thin White Sauce - 3 c
- cheese, grated - 1/4 1/2
- onion, grated - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- buttered crumbs - 1/2 c
- butter
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/3 tsp
- milk - 3 c
How to make baked macaroni and cheese:
White Sauce:4 1/2 Tbsp. butter3 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. salt1/3 tsp. pepper3 c. milk White Sauce: Melt butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Blend. Remove from heat. Stir in milk and return to heat. Stir constantly until thick and smooth.Cook macaroni; drain and rinse. Combine hot White Sauce, cheese, onion, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Place in greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs and dash of paprika. Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes.
