Beef cabbage soup

- water - 4 c
- oil - 1 2
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- shredded cabbage - 2 c
- beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- small clove garlic - 1 item
- beef, cut in cubes - 3/4 lb
- large potato, cubed - 1 item
- large sweet potato, cubed - 1 item
How to make beef cabbage soup:
Brown beef in oil. Add 2 cups of water, bouillon cubes, cabbage, green pepper and garlic. Bring to a boil; simmer 1/2 hour. Add remaining vegetables. Cook until vegetables are done, about 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Meat, Beef.
