  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item

  • smoked salmon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces - 1/4 lb

How to make seafood pasta:

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the capellini to desired doneness; drain. Toss with melted butter and place in a large bowl.

Meanwhile, place the scallops, salmon, garlic, half and half, dill weed and mushrooms in a large saucepan and cook until moderately hot (do not boil). Reduce the heat and simmer until the scallops are cooked thoroughly (creamy white and no longer translucent). Pour the mixture over the capellini. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Toss well. Serves 2 to 3.
