Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chopped chives - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- cooked, crumbled slices bacon - 2 item
How to make miniature quiche:
Mix cream cheese, butter and flour. Press into miniature muffin pans. Mix eggs, half and half, Swiss cheese, bacon, chives, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into shells. Bake at 350° until brown, approximately 20 minutes. Makes 36.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Appetizers, Savory pies.
