Ingredients/Components

  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • Ricotta cheese - 2 c
  • parsley optional - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated - 2 c
  • large jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
  • box manicotti - 1 item

How to make manicotti:

Pour 1 to 2 cups of sauce over bottom of large baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients and stuff shells with pastry tube. Pour remaining sauce over shells and top with a little grated Mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake until hot and bubbly at 350°.
